I’m Heather Bailey, the owner and esthetician here at Radiance Salon and Skin Care, in the beautiful town of Aptos, CA. Located in Santa Cruz County.
After getting out of the real estate market as a local realtor, I began my career in skincare in December of 2009 – 11 years ago and have been passionate about it ever since. I love providing my clients with high-quality service with a focus on pro-aging skincare. Professional-grade skincare products excite me, especially when they are formulated with natural, clean, healthy ingredients that provide excellent results. I am constantly educating myself on new and upcoming treatments as well as all the amazing new products that are in the professional skincare market. I love helping to educate my clients with their skincare concerns in order to help them leave my treatment room with the knowledge they need to care for their skin outside the treatment room. Clients are often pleasantly surprised by the treatment they’ve received because it is such an amazing experience.
